What do you mean? Like how do I know a piece of art is done by you? I can usually tell by how you draw the eyes, and distictive features to the face, and the mouth. ^^ IF that's not what you mean then.. not sure XD

Did you know.. that when you smell, look at, or pick a flower, you're sniffing, staring at, and ripping off a plant's genitals???
Just guessing, but maybe this is so your instructor can see your style and what you're capable of at the beginning of the semester, a base to grow from in a sense. Maybe you can print out your comic and turn that in (including char reps and major story board)...you've been working on it all this time it is kinda considered your summer project, right?
I don't know, I'm probably going too far in a wacky direction.

"How do I know its you"? Well,I relate the True or Fallen story line to you.Thats the very first thing that comes to mind for me!! I suppose that would be a good start,you do youre Varg characters so very well.And they do represent you and youre master of art!! *probably best not to listen to me,most people dont!!*

Well. .O.
It seems related to identity. And how you view yourself.
So I might personally include something that reflects that in general, like a mirror or a driver's license or the like.
Then I'd add stuff to make it more personal. Stuff that you feel defines yourself, or is important to you.
That's how I'd start. Then just draw inspiration from yourself?
