lol warning rant ahead


AHHHHHHHH i hate commuting to university especially when train drivers deiced to strike and cancel all the trains i am leaving from a small town going to a even smaller village so there are not a lot of trains stopping at these places and it takes me a 40 min train journey anyway WHY WHY WHY CANCEL THE TRAINS WHY

err.....i hate trains so much


i dont even want to know how long its gonna take me to get into university today or how many stupid train swaps i have to make to do it.


WISH ME LUCK GUYS ...and hope i dont get stuck anywhere

the contest is to design and draw your very own comic cover for true or fallen (comic in my gallery).

:bulletwhite:This can either be a main comic cover e.g. - this must have the title TRUE OF FALLEN somewhere on the page

OR

:bulletwhite:It could be a chapter cover e.g. - this does not have to have which chapter it is but must have the chapter's title somewhere on the page.

The chapter title's can be one of mine, or it can be one you completely make up (be creative, go for it)



:bulletwhite: WHAT THE ENTERIES WILL BE MARKED ON
-design as well as art--if your not a professional artist dont worry i will be looking at design. im looking for a comic cover that has a great idea behind it.

-visual look--a look that will make someone looking at it want to read on, this could be in art or in design.

-creativity--something that is unique

-i love creative ideas so be creative don't be afraid to go with a wacky idea.

-If you are unsure about what chapter title to do then please check out THIS [link] journal. On this journal you will find a list of chapter names that will be used for true or fallen (or are planned to) you may use any of these chapter names or of course create your own title.

-If you want to check an idea with me first or have any questions please do so.

-try to create a design that is interesting and will make a reader want to read on

-can be done in any media
-you may use one of your own chars AS LONG as there are one or more of my characters also there
-can be done in colour or black and white
-does not have to have a background



-DEADLINE
start-30th of october to 20th january-finish



:bulletwhite:PRIZES
Runners ups
-all will be featured for 2 weeks
-and for the ones that were really close a sketch of your character.

3rd place
- feature for 1 month
-One coloured picture of one of your character (no bg)

2nd place
-feature for 2 months
- One coloured picture of one of your characaters with a simple bg (your choice)
- one surprise picture (will be of one of your characters)

1st place
- feature for 3 months
-One coloured picture of 1-2 of your characters with a detailed bg (your choice)
- one surprise picture (will be one of your character)
-also either a small comic 1 page long of your characters or another fully coloured picture with 1 character and bg (both your choice).
